The terrace at the hotel was a hidden gem, perfect for enjoying a drink and soaking in the atmosphere. It felt like being in a secret garden, with a touch of elegance and tranquility amidst the bustling city.
Thin walls.

The staff was very friendly and helped answering questions. They spoke English well enough. Location is ok, but not great, as it is not immediately close to the centre or the tram lines.
The room did not have a wardobe, making it difficult to unpack. The small breakfast did not have great quality. There were completely raw eggs mixed with over boiled ones. All TV channels are in French.

Satellite TV - great for family movie nights!
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a dedicated play area for children.

The staff was friendly, free wifi and the room was quiet and clean.
Breakfast wasn't very abundant and the chair in the room was quite uncomfortable if sitting there for a while.

We enjoyed watching movies together as a family in the evenings. The kids loved having a cozy space to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring Grenoble.
For dads, it would be great if the hotel had a small play area or a children's corner.

Good price. Convenient location. Clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money.
To be picky, the internet was a bit slow, but otherwise it was just what I needed.

The staff were excellent and very helpful. The bathroom was also very clean.
The breakfast is not great value for money, but as everything else about the hotel was so good, I didn't mind too much.

Mind-blowing staff who were super welcoming and friendly, providing jaw-droppingly good information at the 24-hour reception. The clean and cozy room had a super powerful shower and a big balcony. The location was amazingly well located between the rail & bus stations and city centre. Free wi-fi, flat-screen TV, lift, and pets allowed.
